About Judy

From the farm to the coaching room

I run a family farm here in West Sussex alongside my coaching practice. It is a working farm, animals, mud, early mornings, and I would not have it any other way. That daily rhythm shapes how I work with people just as much as any qualification does.

Before coaching and hypnotherapy, I spent years working in teaching. I learned there that people rarely need more information thrown at them. They need someone patient enough to meet them exactly where they are, and plain-spoken enough not to add to the noise in their head.

Today, I combine that practical, grounded background with advanced training in hypnotherapy and coaching. I do not believe in overcomplicating things. Life already has enough red tape and complex noise in it. My approach is practical, patient, and honest, whether we meet online over Zoom or on the farm.

Alongside general life planning and phobia work, I have a particular focus on helping people rebuild confidence around animals and riding, something that comes directly out of a lifetime spent around horses and livestock.

Training & background

Grounded in real experience, backed by proper training

Judy Fry's advanced hypnotherapy training certificate

My coaching and hypnotherapy work is built on advanced, accredited training, alongside years of hands-on teaching experience and a lifetime of practical farm life. I keep building on that training as the work evolves, because the people I work with deserve someone who takes the craft seriously, even while keeping the conversation plain and simple.
